This review is long overdue! I hired Lucia to capture our surprise engagement proposal. She was absolutely fantastic. She was professional, friendly, on time and brought great energy. She captured some beautiful moments of the proposal and made taking the choreographed photos a lot of fun! Leading up to the proposal she was very responsive, excited and answered all of my questions. And she offered us a great price!
She set up a gallery of the photos for us online in a day! I definitely wasn’t expecting such a quick turnaround. I would highly recommend Lucia!

If you knew me, you’d know I am FAR from a picture person. But after deciding to do maternity pictures after having a rough pregnancy, I will be doing photos much more often now that I’ve met Lucia! She made me feel so comfortable and so beautiful during both out maternity and family session. Lucia was amazing! She did our engagement photos and they came out AWESOME! She was very good at communication and even checked the weather of the day we originally had planned and realized it was going to rain so she reached out to see if we were able to do a different day. She also got our photos back to us in less than 24 hours. She was super friendly and had a bunch of poses for us already in mind. Prior to our session, she had sent us a contract that explained everything about the shoot! Accessing our photos was extremely easy as well. We will be contacting her again when we need more professional photos taken!

Going into a shoot for the first time I was a little nervous. I don’t see myself the way my husband does, or anyone else for that matter - but Lucia captured my beauty so perfectly. Made me laugh, we had great conversation before AND after the photo shoot. I will absolutely work with her again! She made me so comfortable, had the right vision that matched mine. Lucia was AMAZING at capturing photos of me and my little one. You’ll hear her say that she “loves love,” and while she normally focuses on couples and maternity shoots, she was kind enough to step out of her comfort zone and get some Mommy-and-Me photos of me and my son. She did an outstanding job commemorating the unique love between a parent and child.
In terms of professionalism, Lucia was early and did the heavy lifting of dragging all of our props to the park. During the shoot, she was so patient with my son running around, and gave us great ideas to make our photos memorable. She kept me chatting and smiling the whole time, and always paused to tell me, “You look so beautiful!” Or “That was such a good one!”
Further, her style and editing are GORGEOUS, and her turnaround time was quick. I am so excited to print these photos and hang them up in our home.
Finally, Lucia is truly one of the nicest and most fun people to be around, and she is passionate about what she does—capturing moments of love and affection between people, and empowering people (especially women!) to be their best selves and explore their inner beauty so it radiates outward.

If you’re thinking about booking a shoot with Lucia, stop considering it and JUST DO IT!!!!!
Lucia has a warm, welcoming & inviting personality. She is excellent at giving direction and helping with poses and angles that are figure flattering. She is patient, kind, & so friendly. If you’re camera shy (lol because I’M also a photographer and there’s a reason I stay BEHIND the lens) Lucia will hype you up and make you feel so comfortable and confident in front of the lens.
I highly recommend Love to Lens for ANY kind of photoshoot you’re looking to do, whether it be self portraits, engagement, family photos, etc. she is your GIRL.
